Visitor Engagement Manager
Join Old Salem Museums & Gardens as our Visitor Engagement Manager! In this role, you’ll lead our Visitor Center, ensuring guests experience our renowned hospitality. You’ll oversee daily operations, train staff, manage group tours, and assist with marketing. We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
