Object Gifts

The Old Salem Collection is the most the comprehensive assemblage of objects
made and used in the Moravian town of Salem and surrounding Wachovia area.

Since 1950, Old Salem’s collection has grown through the generosity of collectors, dealers, and scholars who have made important object gifts to the museum collection.  By giving important objects to Old Salem, donors help preserve the material culture of this Moravian settlement for future generations.
